How We Can Help

Rosemead Apartments

CMHA Kelowna provides 23 low-cost one-bedroom apartments for people with mental health issues living on limited incomes, who are able to live independently over the long term.  Built in 1999, Rosemead has become a community in itself where tenants look out for and positively support one another.BC Housing subsidizes the rent of each unit based upon the tenants’ income.

While there is no active programming on site, our part-time property manager is on call to provide support to the tenants as needed.

How do I apply?

1. Download our application form or pick one up at Reception (504 Sutherland Ave).

2. Complete the form and return it to us by fax, mail or in person.

3. If you move, make sure that CMHA Kelowna has your correct contact information.

Applications are kept on file for 6 months, after which they will be destroyed. Please make sure to check back with us 6 months after you apply, if you would still like to be considered.

A waiting list for units at Rosemead is not maintained; when a unit becomes available, all active applications will be considered and a tenant will be selected.
