BC Housing subsidizes the rent of each unit based upon the tenants’ income. In addition, BC Housing provides CMHA with one-time funds to upgrade the units so that they are clean and fresh.

CMHA currently has a mortgage for this building for nearly $2 million that is up for renewal in 2010. We have a property manager who works Monday, Wednesday and Friday and is on-call to provide support to the 23 tenants as needed. There is no active programming that occurs at Rosemead.
