Recent studies have shown that the food we eat directly impacts
our physical, emotional and mental well-being. Meals Matter is a new initiative put forward by our branch to provide the community with a flexible convenient solution for those who are having difficulties maintaining balanced nutritious diets.
Meals Matter is ideal for individuals:

- Interested in making healthy food choices
- Wanting to budget
Meals Matter is also ideal as a resource for support workers or case managers to provide their clients with convenient, healthy meal options, and Meals Matter is a great option for those wishing to donate or give a gift to someone but would not like to give cash, for further information contact Alex at (250)-861-3644.
