Bounce Back: Reclaim Your Health is a guided self-help program which helps people to learn new skills and strategies to manage mood and overall well-being.
The program is for people (19 years and over) experiencing low mood, mild to moderate depression with or without anxiety.
Bounce Back offers two forms of help.
- The first is a DVD which provides practical tips on managing mood, healthy living, building confidence and activities, and problem solving.
- The second is a guided self-help program in which a community “coach” provides telephone support in a structured program to improve a person’s emotional well-being. Each piece is done from the comfort of a person’s home.
