When You Are Having a Mental Health Crisis
If you feel you or a loved one of any age are having a mental health crisis and need immediate service:
- If you have a mental health worker call them
- If you have a family doctor, call them (during office hours)
- Call the Crisis Line 250-763-9191 or the Suicide Line 1-800-784-2433
- If you have taken poison or overdosed, call 1-800-567-8911
- Call HealthLinkBC at 811
- Call 911 - ask for an ambulance or police to assist you to get to the hospital
- Go directly to the Emergency Department of the Kelowna General Hospital - 2268 Pandosy Street - let them know what symptoms you are experiencing
